Information & TOS
Here you can get all the needed extra information regarding commissions and my work!
Additional costs
In rare occasions I may need to charge additional costs, but this will always be discussed beforehand.
Travel costs
Photoshoots usually require me to travel to designated locations, this usually results in travel costs since I need to spend a certain amount of time and sometime additional money to get to go to that location. These costs are added to the total photoshoot cost(s).
In rare occasions I may need to charge additional costs, but this will always be discussed beforehand.
Travel Time
Getting to the location and traveling back, can often take allot of time. To compensate for that time spend, I charge €5,- per hour that I need to spend to get to the location and get back to where I need to go.
Additional Travel Costs
Since I travel via Public Transport from Amsterdam, it could be that I need to spend additional costs on things like costs are not included in my personal subscriptions. This often happens when traveling outside of the Netherlands.
Not included in travel costs (personal subscriptions)
NS FLEX - Free public transport (by train) in weekends.
STUDENT FREE - Free public transport on business days (excluding certain holidays, on which this subscription doesn't work)
To know the travel costs for your location, you may contact me at any time!
Photo usage
The photos I make and provide are always available for personal and commercial use, as long as they are used and credited correctly.
Public photo usage (Attribution)
When photos are posted/shared online, they usually require proper credits. The requirement of credit and way of crediting, depends on if the photos were maid under an agreement such as a Partnership, Paid Photoshoot, Private Agreement, or else... In that case the requirement of credits are usually different. In rare occasions I may need to require different credits, but this will always be discussed beforehand.
It's important to mention that giving false credits (crediting my photos to the wrong person, source, or an incorrect license) is never allowed unless there is a specifically agreement.
Standard required credits
Photos that are posted publicly without a specifically given agreement, must be credited properly. This requires the photo to include my logo. A different way of crediting is required when the logo isn't always visible (due to cropping for example), and can be done by adding credit to my website or a fitting social in a description for example.
If you're not sure if about how to credit a photo, feel free to Contact Me at any time!
Credits required for Paid Photoshoots & Partnerships
The photos made for a paid photoshoot or a partnership are your photos, but of course, made by me. This means that you're allowed to use the photos for personal and commercial use, credits aren't required as long as there is no false credits. In rare occasions I may need to require a form of credits, but this will always be discussed beforehand.
My usage of the photos
Note, that I also reserve the right to use these photos for personal and commercial usage. If you wish to claim exclusive rights for yourself, an additional charge will be added so I can't use them for my own personal and/or commercial use. This will be discussed, and the charge may vary per amount of photos or the type of event.
Lastly, blurring out people's faces is, of course, FREE.
Multiple people
It's perfectly fine to have one or more people around during a photo shoot to assist you. However, for each additional person to be photographed during a major part of the photo shoot, an additional 10% of the base cost, will be added.
NSFW content
Note, that I am an SFW oriented photographer, meaning I will not capture any NSFW content.
Payment
Payment is to be made upfront, either before our scheduled meeting or upon arrival at the designated location. If you have any reservations, you are encouraged to request 1 or 2 test photos beforehand.
It's important to mention that travel expenses may vary.
