It's perfectly fine to have one or more people join you during a photoshoot. However, if additional people are featured in a significant part of the shoot, an extra 10% of the base price will be added per person.

Photoshoots usually require me to travel to designated locations, this usually results in travel costs since I need to spend a certain amount of time and sometime additional money to get to go to that location. These costs are often added to the total photoshoot cost(s).

In rare occasions I may need to charge additional costs, but this will always be discussed beforehand.

Travel Time
Getting to the location and traveling back, can often take allot of time. To compensate for that time spend, I charge €5,- per hour that I need to spend to get to the location and get back to where I need to go.

Additional Travel Costs
Since I travel via Public Transport from Amsterdam, it's likely that I would need to spend additional costs to travel to and from specific locations. To know the specific cost of my travel for an specific location, you can Contact Me directly.

Travel Cost Payment
Travel costs are usually paid upfront, this makes sure that I can confirm that the funds for the travel that I plan beforehand will be compensated. These addition travel costs are non-refundable.

In rare cases, additional costs may apply. This will always be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

To confirm a photoshoot, a non-refundable deposit is required as mentioned in the Refund TOS. The remaining amount must be paid before the delivery of the final photos.

Payment can be made before the planned meeting or at arrival at the agreed location. If you have any doubts, you're welcome to request a couple test photos beforehand. (up to 5 photos at most)

Allowing refunds helps protect the commissioner, but it can also create financial risks for the business. Because of this, it's important to maintain a fair balance between both parties. The following refund policy is designed to provide that balance.

PHOTOSHOOT COSTS
To confirm a photoshoot, a deposit of 30% of the photoshoot's base price is required. This deposit secures your booking and is non-refundable.
For photoshoots with a base price above €149.99, the required deposit is reduced to 20%.

TRAVEL COSTS
Travel costs are generally paid upfront to cover expenses that are planned and committed to before the photoshoot takes place. As a result, travel costs are non-refundable.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
In rare cases, additional costs may apply. Whether these costs are refundable depends on the specific situation and will always be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
